Who are the Duggars?
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are parents to 19 children and their reality show followed their life as a family together and apart.
The couple has nine girls and ten boys and all of their children have names that begin with the letter J.
Joshua, Jana, John-David, Jill, Jessa, Jinger, Joseph, Josiah, Joy-Anna, Jedidiah, Jeremiah, Jason, James, Justin, Jackson, Johannah, Jennifer, Jordyn-Grace, and Josie, were all raised in the family home in Tontitown, Arkansas.
19 Kids and Counting ran for seven years from 2008, until it was canceled in 2015.
The show was TLC’s most popular, averaging 2.3 million viewers per new episode in Season 10.
On March 30, 2021, an Easter special featuring the family, Counting Now: A New Life, aired on TLC at 10pm.
What do they believe in?
The Duggars are devout independent Christian Baptists who take pride in living conservatively.
The show frequently touched on their values and their relationship with God.
The Duggars avoid birth control, saying they have decided to allow God to determine the number of children they have.
Michelle attributes her use of contraceptives to suffering a miscarriage.
All of the children are homeschooled, and access to entertainment such as movies and television is limited.
The Duggars also practice chaperoned dating, in which a couple becomes acquainted only in a group setting.
Who are the grandkids?
Jim Bob and Michelle’s oldest son, Josh Duggar, is married to Anna Keller and the two have seven children: Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus, Meredith, Mason, Maryella, and Madyson Duggar.
Following Josh is his brother, John-David Duggar, who is married to Abbie Grace Burnett and the pair only have one daughter named Grace Annette Duggar.
Jim Bob and Michelle’s daughter, Jill Duggar, is married to Derick Dillard and the couple has sons Israel and Samuel Dillard.
Their other daughter Jessa Duggar is married to Ben Seewald and they have two sons Spurgeon and Henry, along with two daughters, named Ivy and Fern.
Jill and Jessa’s other sister, Jinger Duggar, is married to Jeremy Vuolo and the pair have daughters Felicity Vuolo and Evangeline Jo.

In February, Kendra and Joseph welcomed their third child, Brooklyn Praise.
